Text-It-Exit sends SMS-based exit survey messages for workplace feedback campaigns. Messages may include survey questions, follow-up questions, completion notices, and support replies related to an active exit survey.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by employer and campaign. Recipients generally receive messages only while participating in an active Text-It-Exit survey campaign.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out and Help

You can opt out of Text-It-Exit SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive messages for that SMS conversation.
